She has led initiatives that integrate technology, project-based learning, and differentiated instruction, while promoting equity, engagement, and creativity in every classroom. Known for her ability to build strong relationships across staff, families, and students, she approaches leadership with empathy and an unwavering belief in the power of community.

“Mrs. Henry has quickly established herself as an innovative and dedicated instructional leader,” said Dr. Lohman, Superintendent of Schools. “Her collaborative spirit and passion for student achievement are already having a meaningful impact at Longwood Middle School. We are excited to see her continued success and contributions to our district.”

“I am so excited to welcome Mrs. Henry, already a member of our Longwood community, to the administrative team here at Longwood Middle School,” added Mr. Michael Kapfer, Principal of Longwood Middle School. “She brings to the building a student-first mentality and a positive energy that is absolutely contagious. I am so proud to have her start her administrative journey with us, and cannot wait to witness all the great things that she will accomplish for our students and their families.”

Mrs. Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, a Master of Arts in Teaching from SUNY Old Westbury, and a School Building Leadership Certificate from The College of Saint Rose.
