In celebration of the work of Dr.Martin Luther King Jr., Longwood Schools is hosting a memorial unity walk on Saturday, January 18, 2025.
The event is free and open to students, families, and the community.
The schedule is as follows:
- 10:15 a.m. – Meet for the half-mile memorial walk at Coram Elementary (61 Coram Mt. Sinai Road) and walk to the Coram Firehouse.
- 10:30 a.m. - Presentations begin.
- 11:00 a.m. - Walk begins.
- 11:30 a.m. - Complimentary lunch and refreshments.
All-day – live performances, student art exhibitions, and games. Shuttle buses will be available from the Coram Fire Department back to Coram Elementary School.
