Save the Date for an Internet Safety, Social Networking, Cyberbullying Community Forum and Pasta Dinner

On November 30 at 6:00 pm, the Junior High School will host an Internet Safety, Social Networking, Cyberbullying Community Forum, and Pasta Dinner.

Guest Speaker Police Officer Kayla Mueger of the Suffolk County Police Department, Community Relations Bureau, will discuss today's technological world, including challenges students can experience involving social networking sites, cell phones, and other forms of technology. Cyber legalities will also be discussed.

The program is open to parents districtwide, but due to the nature of the content, it is recommended for ages 12 and above. Childcare will be provided for those under 12. For more information, please call the Junior High School Counseling Center at (631) 345-2706.
