The Longwood Board of Education is seeking members of the community to participate on school board and district committees for the 2024-2025 school year, including:
- Legislative Committee
- Budget Advisory Committee
- School Safety Awareness Committee
- Policy Committee
If you would like to serve on a committee, please submit a letter of interest to District Clerk Lillian Pizzolo at 35 Yaphank Middle Island Road, Middle Island, NY 11953, by September 9, 2024. You can also fax 631 345-0144 or e-mail lillian.pizzolo@longwoodcsd.org. Committee appointments will be made in September.
You must submit a letter including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and the committee you are applying for, even if you have previously served on a committee. Your name will only be submitted for appointment if all information is supplied.
