Longwood Middle School Principal Selected as Advisory Board Member for Seventh Precinct

Longwood Middle School Principal Daniel McKeon has been selected as a Precinct Level Advisory Board Member for the Seventh Precinct for his commitment to community engagement, demonstrated leadership, and passion for contributing to the betterment of the people within our community.

Mr. McKeon's insight, dedication, and collaborative character will play a vital role in addressing public safety concerns, advocating needs, and shaping the future of the Seventh Precinct.

"This appointment comes with the confidence in Mr. McKeon's ability to make meaningful contributions that will positively impact the lives of Suffolk County residents," said Program Evaluations & Community Engagement Director Felix Adeyeye. "As board members, unique perspectives and experiences will greatly enrich our discussions and initiatives."

The 12-member advisory board will provide opportunities for the county to create community liaisons to field questions and concerns, and provide clear lines of communication between the department and the communities it serves.
