Longwood High School Senior Chosen for Prestigious Huntsman Program

Longwood High School senior Eva Zheberlyaeva has been accepted into the prestigious University of Pennsylvania's Huntsman Program.

Among thousands of applicants, Eva is one of only 50 students accepted nationwide each year into the highly competitive Business and International Studies program based on her academic commitment, care for others, and dedication to the community.

E. Whitney Soule, Vice Provost and Dean of Admissions at UPenn, stated, "We chose Eva because we saw those characteristics throughout her application, and believe she will continue to use her talents to bring challenge, growth, and kindness to our community."

The Huntsman Program is a unique undergraduate four-year jointly administered coordinated dual degree program in language, the liberal arts, and business. The Huntsman Program supports the development of globally-minded scholars who become engaged citizens, creative innovators, and ethical leaders in the public, private, and non-profit sectors in the United States and across the globe.
