This project is actually a web quest to help you find
out what are some good choices for your career. There will be a number of
different tasks to complete this web quest.
Be sure to work at your own pace, but make sure your always working on
something. First, we have to find a career that is a good fit for
you. To effectively do this, you will complete a couple of
questionnaires that will help you find out your interests, values, emotional
and multiple intelligences, goals, strengths and weaknesses, and SCANS
Skills. This is self-awareness. Next, we will pick a career that is the best fit for
you. This will require you to analyze
your results and find a match with a career.
This is analysis. Finally, you will need to create a FLIP BOOK. This will answer all the questions on your
career. This will be your Career
Research Sheet. Utilizing the resources available here and on the web,
you will answer questions on your future career. If you are not sure what you want to be,
that’s OK. The objective of this web
quest is to help you discover your career path. Now lets get started with our journey. Click on task now to find out what you have
to do. Be sure to read all the
directions completely. Some information will be similar to what you did in the
8th grade. If you don’t have it,
that’s OK. Some information will
change anyway. Other information will
