Introduction

The Farmers Almanac is a book that puts out a yearly weather forecast.  This year the Farmers Almanac predicts rain, wind and cold temperatures for everyday in June. Field day will be cancelled because of this forecast.  You have been waiting all year for field day.  What can be done to prevent this?  Perhaps you can convince the school that the forecast is not correct and field day should go on.
